REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration can be done by using the ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration will only be valid when full payment is received by the Secretariat.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION will be sent exclusively by e-mail along with the INVOICE related to the payment done.

STUDENT REGISTRATION will be accepted only if a letter from the supervisor certifying the status is sent through the on line form or by e-mail to convegni@unife.it or faxed to +39 0532 767347 (Attn: Ufficio Convegni) at the time of the registration.

REGISTRATION TYPE AND FEES

EARLY REGISTRATION: from JANUARY1st to MARCH 15th, 2014

• SENIOR: € 310 (taxes 22%VAT included)
  
• STUDENT/RETIRED PEOPLE: € 210 (taxes 22%VAT included)
• ACCOMPANYING PERSON: € 100 (taxes 22%VAT included)

• SOCIAL EVENT (DINNER ON JULY 3rd): € 65 (taxes 22%VAT included)

LATE REGISTRATION: from MARCH 16th to JUNE 10th, 2014

• SENIOR: € 380 (taxes 22%VAT included)
• STUDENT/RETIRED PEOPLE: € 260 (taxes 22%VAT included)
• ACCOMPANYING PERSON: € 100 (taxes 22%VAT included)

• SOCIAL EVENT (DINNER ON JULY 3rd): € 65 (taxes 22%VAT included)

ON SITE FEES (PAYMENTS ONLY BY CASH):

• SENIOR: € 450 (taxes 22%VAT included)
• STUDENT/RETIRED PEOPLE: € 260 (taxes 22%VAT included)
• ACCOMPANYING PERSON: € 120 (taxes 22%VAT included)

• SOCIAL EVENT (DINNER ON JULY 3rd): € 80 (taxes 22%VAT included)

ONE DAY FEES (ON SITE PAYMENTS ONLY by CHASH):

• SENIOR: € 150 (taxes 22%VAT included)
• STUDENT/RETIRED PEOPLE: € 100 (taxes 22%VAT included)
• ACCOMPANYING PERSON: € 120 (taxes 22%VAT included)

• SOCIAL EVENT (DINNER ON JULY 3rd): € 80 (taxes 22%VAT included)

The SENIOR and the STUDENT fees include:

• PARTICIPATION TO THE SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS
• CONFERENCE KIT AND PDF ABSTRACTS BOOK
  
• CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
• COFFEE AND LUNCH BREAKS
• ICE BREAKER PARTY AND GUDED TOUR OF THE ESTENSE CASTLE ON JULY 1st, 2014

The ACCOMPANYING PERSON fee includes:

• ICE BREAKER PARTY AND GUDED TOUR OF THE ESTENSE CASTLE ON JULY 1st, 2014
• COFFEE AND LUNCH BREAKS
• GUIDED FERRARA WALKING TOUR

FEES DO NOT ICLCUDE:

• DINNER BANQUET ON JULY 3rd, 2014
• TRAVEL
• ACCOMMODATION

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it) or by fax (+39 0532 767347).

Registration fee will be refunded as follows:

• Before MAY 30th, 2013 - 50%
  
• After MAY 30th, 2013 - no refund will be made
  

Dates refer to the receipt of the cancellation notice.

No shows will not receive the refund.

The Secretariat is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.

REGISTRATION PAYMENTS

Payment of the registration fees must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.

• Please ensure CBEP 2014 - NAME SURNAME of the participant are stated on the REASON of the bank transfer
• Bank charges are the responsability of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration
• Payments done by BANK TRANSFER must be certified with the copy of the receipt of the bank to be upload in the registration form or sent by e-mail at convegni@unife.it or by fax at +39 0532 767347.

Once filled the ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM in the THANK YOU PAGE pleaese click on the FEE choosen  and you will redirect in a security site for payments. Follow the instruction for the on line payment.
