REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registrants should use the link provided below. PLEASE NOTE: Registration will be confirmed only after the fee has been received. A confirmation will be sent by e-mail along with an invoice. The maximum number of participants is fixed at 250. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Keynote speakers who have received an invitation letter from the SOC are exempted from the fee but should fill out the registration form.
REGISTRATION FEE
REGULAR: € 330 ACCOMPANYING PERSON: € 60 (covers GALA DINNER only) - € 220 (covers GALA DINNER all lunches and coffee breaks) The REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE includes: participation in the scientific sessions conference kit coffee and lunch breaks gala dinner (on December 4) all applicable taxes
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The deadline for registering is NOVEMBER 20, 2014. Please note that payments must be settled in advance. No on-site payment will be possible. The deadline for ABSTRACT SUBMISSION is OCTOBER 10, 2014. Abstracts can be submitted using the link in the main page
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it) or by fax (+39 0532 767347). Registration fee will be refunded as follows: Before NOVEMBER 20, 2014: 80% of the fee will be reimbursed After NOVEMBER 20 and before DECEMBER 1, 2014: 25% of the fee will be reimbursed Dates refer to the day we receive the cancellation notice. No shows will not receive any refund.

Payment must be made in Euro by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.
