Registration can be done by using the ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration will only be valid when full payment is received by the Secretariat.

STUDENT REGISTRATION will be accepted only if a letter from the supervisor certifying the status is sent through the on line form or by e-mail to convegni@unife.it or faxed to +39 0532 767347 (Attn.: Ufficio Convegni) at the time of the registration.
Conference fee for a REGULAR PARTICIPANT and STUDENT includes:
- BOOK OF ABSTRACTS
- USB FLASH MEMORY CONTAINING FULL CONTRIBUTED PAPERS
- PARTICIPATION ON ORAL AND POSTER SESSIONS
- WELCOME DRINK
- LUNCHES
- COFFEE
- EXCURSION TO BORROMEE ISLANDS (Isole Borromee)
- CONFERENCE DINNER
The ACCOMPANYING PERSON will not obtain a book of abstracts and a USB flash memory with contributed papers.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The deadline for registration is June 1st, 2014.
CANCELLATIONS
If the paper is not accepted by Scientific Committee and the author decides not to partecipate, the conference fee will be reimbursed.
In case of cancellation from other reasons the conference fee minus handling fee 50 EUR will be returned provided the cancellation reaches the conference secretariat before 1st June 2014.
Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail at convegni@unife.it
CONFERENCE PAYMENTS
Payment of the conference fees must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.
